ZST-122體積和表面電阻測(cè)試步驟

*電阻測(cè)量法Resistance measurement：

1，連接Connect：

2，樣品放置Sample placement：

A，將測(cè)試樣品放在電極箱的背電極平面上，再將另外2個(gè)電極（內(nèi)電極和環(huán)形電極）放在測(cè)試樣品上，蓋上透明圓形塑料“隔離"

The test sample was placed on the back electrode plane of the electrode box and the other two electrodes(inner electrode and annular electrode) were placed on the test sample，Cover with transparent round plastic"Isolation"

B，將電極箱內(nèi)的紅色連接線(xiàn)夾在內(nèi)電極上，黑色連接線(xiàn)夾在環(huán)形電極上，關(guān)閉電極箱

Clip the red connecting wire in the electrode box on the inner electrode, the black connecting wire on the annular electrode, close the electrode box

C，并將電極箱的選擇開(kāi)關(guān)撥至“RV"位置，測(cè)量體積電阻；或撥至“RS"位置，測(cè)量表面電阻

The selection switch of the electrode box is set to the "RV" position to measure the volume resistance, or to the "RS" position to measure the surface resistance

3，校零：打開(kāi)電源 → 放在測(cè)量電壓就近的 .000檔位 →“保持"往下（其他白色的開(kāi)關(guān)往上） → 10⁵Ω檔位 → 開(kāi)始調(diào)零

Zero：Power on →  In gear .000 near the measuring voltage →  Hold down (other white switches up) →Stall 10⁵ Ω → Start zeroing 4，測(cè)量：在10⁵Ω檔位 → 檢查數(shù)值（若出現(xiàn)1，每隔3-5秒逐漸提高檔位，直至出現(xiàn)非1的數(shù)值）→ “保持"向上→稍等→

出現(xiàn)H，讀數(shù)值，乘以相應(yīng)檔位

Measure： At 10⁵Ω stalls → Check the value (if 1 occurs, gradually raise the gear every 3-5 seconds until non-1 occurs)→ Keep it up → Half a moment!  →H, read the values, multiply by the corresponding gear

5，測(cè)量結(jié)束：“保持"往下 →回到 .000檔位 → 10⁵Ω檔位 （此時(shí)可以更換樣品或者結(jié)束）→ 關(guān)閉電源

End of measurement：Keep it down →Back to .000 gear →Gear 10⁵Ω(Samples can be replaced or finished) →Power off

*微電流測(cè)量法Micro current measurement：

1+2，連接和樣品放置與電阻測(cè)量法相同：Connection and sample placement are the same as resistance measurements

3，校零：打開(kāi)電源 →  放在測(cè)量電壓就近的 .000檔位  →“保持"往下，撥向“電流"和“平衡" → 10^-5A檔位 → 開(kāi)始調(diào)零

Zero：Power on →  In gear .000 near the measuring voltage  → Hold down and dial to current and balance  → 10^-5 A gear

→ Start zeroing

4，測(cè)量：“平衡"撥回“測(cè)量"→ 在10⁵A檔位 → 檢查數(shù)值（若出現(xiàn)0，每隔3-5秒逐漸提高檔位，直至出現(xiàn)非0的數(shù)值）→ 

“保持"向上→稍等→ 出現(xiàn)H，讀數(shù)值，乘以相應(yīng)檔位

Measure： "Balance" dial back "Measure"  → At 10⁵A stalls → Check the value (if 0 occurs, gradually raise the gear every 3-5 seconds until non-0 occurs) → Keep it up → Half a moment!  →H, read the values, multiply by the corresponding gear

5，測(cè)量結(jié)束：“保持"往下 →回到 .000檔位 → 10^-5A檔位 （此時(shí)可以更換樣品或者結(jié)束）→ 關(guān)閉電源

End of measurement：Keep it down →Back to .000 gear →Gear 10^-5 A gear (Samples can be replaced or finished)→Power off

6，電阻 = 電壓 ÷ 電流，電阻率 換算公式 請(qǐng)?jiān)谡f(shuō)明書(shū)中查找
